Physical activity has a noticeably positive effect on psychological and health well-being. It also helps to combat or rather prevent numerous diseases such as cancer, heart disease or depression. Furthermore, it can serve as a protective factor against obesity and metabolic diseases.
Together, we record your physical activity of the last seven days via a scientific questionnaire. Based on the evaluation, possible potential for improvement and available resources are collected and discussed. Via a simulation, you will finally receive general and specific recommendations for action to increase your everyday level of physical activity.
